Ballet Idaho Assistant Business Manager
In her life before the arts Kim worked in accounting in the real estate development industry, both commercial and residential in Idaho, California and Nevada. Her first exposure to performing arts was with her employment at Ballet Idaho in February 2009.
Why did you join the Ballet Idaho family?
Upon entering the studio and watching the professional company take class and rehearse upcoming shows, I learned that not only are they dancers, they are athletes. I was in awe of the physical training, commitment and discipline required for this beautiful art form. As I have watched students train through our academy, I have seen the development of well-rounded young adults who apply commitment and discipline to all areas of their lives.
If we were to dance to any song, which one would you choose?
A Beatles Anthology of Here Comes the Sun, When I’m 64, Nowhere Man, Blackbird and the McCartney song Bluebird. I have always loved the Beatles.
