About:
Kylie Corrigan was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho where she trained with Idaho Ballet Theatre under Brandy Jensen for 13 years. She was honored to perform principal roles in ballets including The Nutcracker, Cinderella, and Coppelia, as well as teach ballet to younger students. She has attended multiple summer intensives on scholarship and competed and placed in Youth American Grand Prix for seven consecutive years. Over the years, she has been a professional guest artist performing as the Sugar Plum Fairy with Yellowstone Ballet Company, Northern Plains Dance, and the International Academy of Dance.
Kylie was a Trainee with the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago for the 2019-2020 season while finishing high school remotely. She performed in Trainee productions of Concerto 622, Bolero, Balanchine’s Who Cares?, and the company’s production of Christopher Wheeldon’s, The Nutcracker.
Kylie joined Ballet Idaho for the 2020-2021 season as a Trainee and then joined the company as an Apprentice the following year. She performed in company productions including The Nutcracker, original works by Flock, Balanchine’s, Serenade, and Craig Davidson’s, Ghost(Light). She started teaching for Ballet Idaho Academy in 2021, and she choreographed and taught full-time at her home ballet studio in the summer of 2022. Kylie was promoted to Company Artist with Ballet Idaho for the 2022-2023 season and is excited to be joining the Ballet Idaho faculty, teaching Ballet 2 and Adult Ballet.
